Popular appetizers would be “Buttermilk Chicken Bites”($9.95) , which are buttermilk fried chicken, served with a side of blue cheese sauce and tossed in your choice of: buffalo sauce, smoke sauce , wham bam sauce, and sticky sauce. “Crispy Brussels Sprouts”($8.95) , which are brussel sprouts that are served with asiago, a mild and versatile grana-style cheese, that comes with a nutty flavor and creamy finish. The most popular burgers are “Supreme” , which is $12.25 that contains beef, American cheese, black forest bacon, onion rings, chopped fries, green leaf, special sauce, all coming in a brioche bun. Another popular burger is the “El Matador”, which is $12.25 that is a beef burger that comes with queso fresco, guacamole, spicy pico de gallo, pickled jalapeños, green leaf, and a brioche bun.
Just want a salad? Then try their popular salad “Guapo Chop”,which is $5.95 and it contains little gems of romaine, guacamole, spicy pico de gallo, pickled jalapeños, pickled red onions, tortilla chips, and avocado basil dressing. To wash all this all down ,try their popular vegan shake “Veluis”, which is $7.95 and is made with coconut ice cream ,banana, peanut butter, chocolate sauce, hemp milk. Or try there Banana Foster , which is $6.95 and is made vanilla ice cream, banana, caramel sauce. They also offer a lunch special that runs from 11:30 am to 3 pm which will cost you $13.95.
At Bareburger , they have a section on the menu called “Be My Burger” where you can make your own burger. You could choose your patty, bun, bacon and egg , cheese, veggies, and sauces. It starts off with a price of $8.90 and adds up with all the extra items you want to add in your burger. So I created a burger that had a turkey patty, in a brioche bun , American cheese, green leaf, baby spinach, pickled jalapeños, and added mayo which came out to be $11.45. Also I ordered a side of “Rings and Fries” which were $6.25. I was really happy with my burger, it was cooked well and in my likings. I am not a healthy eater and I didn’t even notice that I was eating something organic and healthy, it was that good! The rings and fries were also cooked well and I was satisfied.
“I think the best thing about working at Bareburger is that the people I work with are really chill and positive individuals which creates a better environment to work at. Also, I like that everything we serve is all natural and about 80-85% are organic. We also have gluten free and vegan options,” said Christian Lopez , a server at Bareburger.
Overall my experience was enjoyable and satisfying. I was really surprised how well Bareburger is able to incorporate fresh and clean ingredients to make good food. The staff was really nice and welcoming, and was a happy environment. I really recommend this place for someone who wants to take a health approach towards food. Bareburger is one place that has something on the menu for everyone; that will guarantee a smile on your face once you leave.
