Being able to know when the pasts get put into the water and when the pasta is soft enough to be separated from the water isn’t something everyone knows how to do. Some people even do the pasta toss trick. If you throw a noodle against the wall and it sticks, it is cooked enough to eat. Others either taste a piece of the pasta or feel it with their fingers.
In some cases, people aren’t able to cook because of either being scared, lazy, food is bland, or they never learned how. Believing that you can cook, especially if you want to learn, is all you need to have, besides someone who knows how to cook so the house doesn’t get burnt.
